Holly and her family moved from San Francisco California to San Miguel de Allende in 2003. After one year of living in SMA, Holly and her family bought land and built their ranch from the ground up! All of the infrastructure, such as electricity, roads and drilling for water were installed according to local City, State and Federal permits to ensure proper use.Through the building process, Holly became interested in real estate, with her bilingual skills, she completely immersed herself in the culture and customs of Mexico. Since then, Holly and her family along with their business partner, Querencia, a luxury development in Cabo, began developing a low density luxury community right outside of San Miguel- Rancho Sol Dorado by Querencia. One of Holly’s passions is to help rescuing and placing dogs in forever homes and to help with the sterilization of dogs and cats, through the fabulous NGO Amigos de Animales. With each of Holly´s sales generated proceeds will go to this organization. In 2012 Holly became a realtor in San Miguel, bringing her business acumen and knowledge of the market and quickly became a top producer. Holly listens to her clients and works with them to reach their ultimate goals in purchasing their dream properties or selling their properties for maximum return. Holly has a keen ability of matching clients with the inventory in the market. She is dedicated to her work and has proven this with her ethics.
