There are six bedrooms on the property one of which is adjacent to a large guest room. These two rooms share a bathroom and are ideal for families with children or close friends/family. All bedrooms have air conditioners which also provide heat. The home also has a elevator which accesses all levels of the house including the rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of San Miguel de Allende.
After entering the home through a well manicured garden you'll enter the main level of the house. It is well designed to include a living room, dining area and a full kitchen with two refrigerators. One of the six bedrooms is also on this level. Off of the living area is an outdoor seating and dining area which leads to a large garden. In the garden you'll
find a private large guest room with a king sized bed and ensuite bath. Also in the garden is a private garden area with seating.
The additional bedrooms are on the second and third levels and have a well gardened terrace with a seating area. On the upper level you'll find a roof terrace with a full kitchenette, bbq grill, flat screen TV, dining, seating area and a jacuzzi/spa. The house is ideal for a group of 10 but can easily accommodate up to 15 guests.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.
Vacation Rental Rates:
Nightly: $ 893 / $ 1,050 for Holidays/Winter.
Weekly: $ 5,250 / $ 6,300 for Holidays/Winter
Two night minimum except for major holidays.
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT/IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%.
Tips will be paid directly to the staff.
