All bedrooms have air conditioners which also provide heat. The home also has a elevator which accesses all levels of the house including the rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of San Miguel de Allende.
After entering the home through a well manicured garden you'll enter the main level of the house. It is well designed to include a living room, dining area and a full kitchen with two refrigerators. One of the six bedrooms is also on this level. Off of the living area is an outdoor seating and dining area which leads to a large garden. In the garden you'll find a private large guest room with a king sized bed
and ensuite bath. Also in the garden is a private garden area with seating.
The additional bedrooms are on the second and third levels and have a well gardened terrace with a seating area. On the upper level you'll find a roof terrace with a full kitchenette, bbq grill, flat screen TV, dining, seating area and a jacuzzi/spa. The house is ideal for a group of 10 but can easily accommodate up to 15 guests.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.
